Description/Blazon
A Silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall blazoned as follows: Gules, two palets Argent (Silver Gray) surmounted by an isosceles triangle counterchanged. Attached below the device, a Blue scroll inscribed "VELOX SUSCIPIO" in Silver.

Symbolism
Red represents power. The triangle symbolizes strength, stability, and the mission of the unit. Silver gray signifies the metal pewter, a metal alloy made up of multiple metals, alluding to the multiple units that composed the Battalion. The two pales denote military strength, combined with the triangle illustrates "311," the unit's numerical designation. The motto translates to "Fast Support With Purpose And Direction."
